Vocational Trainers – Retail, Telecom, BFSI, T&H & Automotive Sector in West Bengal

Centum WorkSkills is the NSDC empaneled Vocational Training Partner engaged in skilling the students under NSQF. Centum WorkSkills invites applications with prescribed qualifications and experience for deployment as Trainers in “Various Sector” for assisting in delivering practical knowledge to students from class IX to class XII in Govt. Schools in West Bengal as per details given below.

Essential Qualification

MBA in Retail or Marketing
Or
Graduate or Diploma in Retail Management, P.G. Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% marks.

Work Experience

Minimum 1 year relevant experience for Graduate candidates in the field of Marketing/Sales/Sales & Operation/Sales & Services/Teaching

Preference given to higher education with MBA (Retail Marketing) and/ or PG Diploma in Retail Management.

Minimum Competencies

Effective Communication Skills (oral and written), Basic Computing Skills & Technical competencies.

Age Limit

18-40 years (Age relaxation to be provided as per State Govt. rules)

Rs.20,000/- P.M.

Essential Qualification

Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical / Communication Engineering in with a Certificate or Diploma course in Optical Fibre Technology The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same job role.
OR
Bachelor of Engineering /Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Additionally should have done a Diploma or certificate course in Optical Fiber Communication. The suggested qualification is the minimum criteria. However higher qualifications such as Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the same job role.

Minimum Competencies

The candidate should have work experience in the job role. S/He should be able to communicate in English and local language. S/He should have knowledge of equipment, tools, material, Safety, Health & Hygiene.

Essential Qualification

Post-graduation in commerce/management/ finance from a recognized
Institute/university.

Work Experience

Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience for in the field of Teaching

Essential Qualification

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized Institute /University, With at least 5 years’ work/teaching experience in Food and Beverage service Including one year as supervisory capacity in a classified Hotel or Facility
Management Company.
OR
Any one of the following:
1. Post-graduation in Travel and Tourism Management or in Tourism and Hospitality from a recognized Institute /University, with at least 1 year work experience.

2. Three years degree /diploma after class XII, in Tourism and travel management from any recognized institute of Hotel Management from a recognized Institute /University, with at least 3-years industrial experience.

Degree in Automobile Engineering /Mechanical Engineering from a recognized

B.Voc (bachelor in vocational) in Automobile with at least 2 year work /teaching experience
