The Task
The client, a leading nationalized bank wanted to train its senior management on skills for effective Leadership and improving personal productivity.
The Solution
Centum Learning partnered with the client to impart conceptual & practical knowledge to the senior management personnel on ways to enhance leadership skills & improve personal productivity through interactive learning sessions. The objective of the initiative was to internalize and instill key leadership characteristics and apply instruments in daily lives that will create more effective relationships with team members and also to develop one’s self as an enthusiastic, effective and successful professional.
The Result
The learning intervention impacted role key role holders like Chief Managers and Assistant General Managers- all scale IV & scale V officials from across various departments of the bank. Under the programme, about 250 participants were trained on defined skill over a span of 1 month across 3 key client locations: Kolkata, Lucknow and Hyderabad.
