The insurance sector is also growing exponentially not just in their coverage area but also with users awareness on the need for insurance in different aspects of life and business. Maurice is the CEO of Minet Uganda, a pan African firm specializing in insurance and risk management plus human capital solutions. He is an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of UK, a chartered Insurer as well as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Uganda that transformed into the Insurance Training College of Uganda.

Maurice has been the past Chairman of the Insurance Brokers Association of Uganda as well as the Chairman of the Insurance Institute of Uganda. Maurice has over 30 years' experience as an Insurer, and an Insurance Consultant in both Kenya and Uganda.

Peter is the General Manager at The Monarch Insurance Company Kenya Limited heading the Life and Pensions business. company limited, a pan African firm specializing in insurance risk management and investments.

He is a Fellow of Life Management Institute (USA) as well as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Kenya besides being the serving Hon. Secretary of the same institute. He is also a Certified Pensions Analyst Manager and a long-serving member of the Technical Committee in the Pensions and Ordinary Life assurance business.
Peter has been a resource at the College of Insurance and a certified trainer of trainers by the Retirement Benefits Authority in conjunction with the College of Insurance.
John has over 25 years of experience as an Insurer in Kenya. He is currently a PhD in Business Administration at the University of Nairobi.
