Job Description

  • Trainer will have to deliver a total of 30 hours on training delivery at an institution in South Delhi.
  • Trainer will have to deliver 2-4 hours of training delivery every week at an institution.
  • Training will be in offline mode.

Preferred Candidate

  • Design & deliver impactful and engaging learning activities to enable learners to have an expertise in CRM software.
  • Plans to support upskilling of the learners.
  • Excellent skills in CRM software is a must.
  • Trainer should have the content on CRM software, which he/she will share with us.
  • Trainer should have a CRM platform which he/she will use to elaborate terms and process.
  • A good communicator and an active listener.
  • Trainer should ideally have an experience of minimum 2 years in training delivery.
  • Trainer should be from Delhi NCR only.
