Project Coordinator – Industrial Training Domain

Key Responsibility Areas

This will include but is not limited to:

  • Conduct regular ITI assessment
  • Ensure Instructors and the trainees demonstrate the safety behaviour
  • Outreach to local industry and industry associations via Business Membership Organizations (BMOs) and engage them in the project and identify opportunities for In-plant training.
  • Liaise with local ITI and Industry for engagement of trainees for the in-plant training for 1 -2 months under guidance from PM
  • Follow-up and ensure that the ITI’s provide every trainee with coverage under Accidental Insurance and PPEs as required.
  • The successful candidate will work directly with multiple stakeholders (& clients) to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope.
  • He or she will coordinate with other departments, ITI staff, MSMEs Local Networks, Master Trainers, Planning, Tracking and reporting to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible.
  • Experienced personnel in ITI technical training co-facilitate Master Trainer and Project Manager
  • Reporting into Project Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

  • 5+ years of successful experience and a proven track record of project coordination, MSME connect at the local level, business support. 3+ years’ experience out of overall experience Business Coordination, 2+ years experience in ITI/Polytechnic/Technical Training/Education
  • The Project Coordinator will support Project Management end to end. Support in various aspects of projects services
  • The responsibilities include the coordination and support in completion of projects on time and within the scope
  • Coordinate and drive with project resource/stakeholders to achieve set performance targets
  • Check and monitor deadlines, capture and summarize progress of the project
  • Prepare reports for upper management & client regarding the status of the project
  • Must have good skills & experience in IT tools like MS Office (Excel, PPT, WORD), Outlook, Email, Internet Applications, & more.
