Create a business case, project goal and analysis for new product development
Ideate & gather requirements from key stakeholders for various New Digital Product Development, including enhancement of the existing digital products, & create a detailed product road map
Create, maintain and monitor product management processes to ensure excellence in execution during product development
Drive Product development/projects from inception to completion, identifying and managing risks, while navigating hurdles and resolving issues in real-time to successfully complete projects on time with minimal resources
Continually evolve the project management process to ensure optimal efficiency and timeliness
Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the engineering teams/ external partners by defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously
Post-launch, Drive the product adoption, along with the business development team, to insure budgeted revenues are met
Continuously work on the enhancement of digital products to be ahead of the market
B.Tech in Computer Science from Grade A Institute
MBA ( in Marketing/Product management) from a premium institute
Experience range (in years)
Min 2-3 years of experience in working on Product Management, from conceptualization to development & operationalizing a Learning Management System. (Mandatory)
Min 5-6 years of combined experience in new product development in the technology/internet space with experience in digital product management, preferably in the B2B space
Essential Qualifications & Experiences
Should have successfully worked on the new product management/development of at least 1 LMS project from conceptualization, design, development and successful launch
Strong project/product management skills
Passion and deep understanding of the latest technologies
Exposure to latest technology trends in the platform business models for B2B segments
Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus constraints.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Successful history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Ambitious, open-minded & positive attitude
