Job Responsibilities (Associate)

  • Ensuring resolution of associate operational grievances within 24-48 hours
  • Responsible for preparation & delivery of compliance based communication like mandatory COC training & others
  • Enabling movements to address career stagnation problem of hi-pos CROs & XFEs
  • Monthly connect with associates – 4 FGDs in a month (4-CRO, 4-XFE) with new joinees & >1 year AON

Job Responsibilities (D2C Head)

  • Custodian of consequence management protocols at circle operations
  • Monthly reconciliation of F&F, salary & Incentive payout TAT
  • Ensuring quality hiring within TAT, partnering ZMs & D2C heads in interviews to ensure consistency in quality hiring
  • Closely monitoring action taken on low performers / warning letters / transfers / termination / PIP letters being issued
  • Onboarding of new joinees (ID Card, ID activation, Training enrollment)
  • Responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives as cascaded by the D2C HR team at Center

Job Responsibilities (Agency)

  • Governance of respective Partner agency with respect to Hiring, Attrition & other Compliances
  • Interfaces with local agency spocs on all agency related matters
  • Ensuring compliance of all guidelines issued by the central team like , XFE hire right, Step up movements etc.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3 years of total experience is required in HR Business Partner role
  • Good exposure in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations & handling employee grievances
  • PG/ MBA in Human Resources

Preferred Industry

  • Retail, Telecom, FMCD, FMCG (Industries with large partner workforce)
