Key Responsibility Areas

  • Manage physical and financial MIS of all project of the foundation
  • Preparation of draft Utilization Certificates/invoices etc. in coordination with the finance departments.
  • Preparation of draft agreements/contracts
  • Ensure all compliance related documentation work
  • Support the senior team in expense settlement, travel bookings and admin related work
  • Ensure all the dashboards/reports are published within timelines

Essential Attributes

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Operations
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Admin, Finance and MIS maintenance
  • Written and Verbal Communication,
  • Planning Skills, Time Management,
  • Attention to Detail
  • Handled operation related documentation, financial and physical MIS for social sector or similar projects
  • MS Office (Specially MS Excel) and financial packages

Desirable Attributes

  • Master/MBA in Finance/Operations
  • Maintaining project related finances and MIS of large scale projects.
  • Knowledge and understanding for skill development and social projects
  • Good Experience on MS Office (Advance skills in MS Excel)
