Key Role & Responsibility Areas

Business Development:

  • Develop growth strategies and plans
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients under the CSR vertical and ensure upselling and cross-selling
  • Write business proposals
  • Negotiate with stakeholders
  • Identify & map business strengths and customer needs
  • Search business opportunities with viable income & increase the client base.
  • Identify new areas other than skilling where Centum Foundation can work under CSR
  • Identify new areas within skilling where Centum Foundation can work under CSR
  • Identifying Clients Needs

Project Management:

  • Overall management and execution for the projects
  • Maintaining and preparing proper reports to be shared with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the project, continuous technical up-gradation of the training programme
  • Responsible for quality measures and not just quantitative.
  • To groom current quality staff to the extent that we move to total compliance and look at zero errors.
  • To escalate matters for respective agents or Team leaders, as and when the need arises.
  • Managing Internal Audits for Process, Product & System to ensure process compliance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience
  • Should be at least a graduate/MBA
  • Good Communication
  • Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office

Target Industry/Sector

  • Corporate CSR Fundraising for large/medium size NGO preferably for skilling and education Projects
  • Fundraising from CSR Aggregators and Industry/Large Foundations
  • Fundraising from PSUs
