In our First Time Manager Program, initially we work with organizations to objectively select team leads who are ready to be promoted to the post of the manager using a wide range of assessment tools. Next, we work with the cohort of first-time managers to develop specific competencies related to self and business leadership.
Finally, we stay engaged with the organization to monitor the performance of the cohort and eventually identify individuals who are ready for the next level of leadership.
