Boost™ for New Leaders is an online leader support program based on the deep research completed by CCL. This online program equips new managers with the leadership skills, confidence and support needed to effectively transition into a management role. It consists of 8 lessons over 6 weeks, where participants reflect on lessons, capture takeaways, and develop an actionable plan of next steps.
