A pilot project to train Sales Consultants & Team Leaders.

THE SOLUTION

The training was carried out at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru. The participants were trained on:

  • New Hire Orientation
  • Selling Skills
  • Advanced Selling Skills

A combination of training methods including instructor-led training and on the job training were used to apply the solution. A very high level of satisfaction was expressed by all the stakeholders of this initiative.

Exemplary performance on this pilot project resulted in the upsetting of a deeply embedded association between the client and its long-standing training partner, and Centum Learning was awarded the firm’s entire training calendar for the year.
