  • Training material – in both English and Hindi
  • Methods – Usage of experiential training methods in the form of gamifications
  • Content – Created new and updated existing Audio Visual/Animation content

DELIVER

  • Blended Intervention – Classroom and on the job training
  • Modules – Module 1 covered 5 Day Induction Training for New Dealers, while module II covered two onsite training for CAs
  • Dashboard – Creation of a customised dashboard as per the requirements of our client for planning, tracking, and reviewing trainings
  • Strong Project governance in place to review KPI movement fortnightly
  • Creation of Steering Councils
  • Project Review – Monthly surveys, regularly scheduled group discussions, sharing customer stories at weekly meetings, behavioural audits

DRIVE OUTPUT

  • The 24-month long intervention covered training for 500 dealers, 500 ROs (module I)
  • The module II covered 27,000 ROs with a total of around 2.7 Lakhs participants in a total of around 47,250 sessions
