Centum Learning aimed at acquiring the business opportunity of partnering with the Client for imparting behavioural training interventions for Shop Sales Executives at their dealerships bi-annually.

THE SOLUTION

Upon discovering that Centum Learning’s pan India presence and its capability to provide end-to-end training solutions along with the bi-product of substantially reducing training cost and time (of conducting training interventions in multiple locations pan India simultaneously) the client awarded a portion of the intervention to the company.

The content for the training was provided by the client. However, the trainers from Centum enhanced value by adding various interactive exercises. The client additionally offered formal degree programmes, offered by Centum Learning, to its employees for their career development.

THE RESULT

Team Centum trained the maximum number of batches along with clocking the largest number of training days as 2011 ended effectively making Centum Learning the preferred training partner for the Client.
