THE TASK
Provide employability linked training & skills interventions to Below Poverty Line (BPL) youth in districts of Delhi
THE SOLUTION
Centum Learning in association with Skills Training for Employment Promotion amongst urban poor (STEP UP) is working on a project to skill 150 youth in the areas of Tower Maintenance, Telecom Customer Services Associate for the DTH (Direct to Home) Industry.
THE RESULT
Centum Learning will offer 144 hours training programmes that encompasses 6 hours of classroom training per day for a total period of 24 days with on the job training by domain specialists who assess, certify and help in placement support of certified candidates. Trainees selected will be provided food and reimbursement of their transportation expenses during the course of their training.
