He has shaped the mandate of Centum Learning as a leading Integrated Learning & Development Company with a pan India presence. Under his leadership Centum Learning has figured among the Top 15 Leaders in Training Outsourcing Worldwide for two consecutive years. It was also conferred with the Excellence in Training Award at the World HRD Congress 2010 and UK India Skills Forum Award 2010.

Sanjeev is currently the Member of the CII Higher Education Committee and the Co- Chairman of FICCI Skill Development Forum that is responsible for driving the skill mission agenda, debating policy level issues and steering the recommendations of the forum members into actionable items.

A sociologist by education and armed with over 25 years of experience, he has a proven track record in establishing and leading successful customer centric organisations with large resource base , managing transitions profitably and training & development. Prior to joining Centum Learning, Sanjeev created and led India’s premier training and consulting organisation, which spearheaded several initiatives aimed at creating employability skills in multiple domains.

He is a member of elite institutions and a frequent speaker on issues related to “Education, Employability Skills, Learning & Development” at national and international forums. His thought leadership on these subjects has been clearly recognized by industry, government leaders and media.

He was also a visiting faculty at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a member of the Bharti Airtel Management Board, the leading Telecom Company in India. Besides, he is an honorary trustee of a leading international Human Rights NGO called Breakthrough.
