    • Awareness Generating Sessions - focus of learning is to generate awareness then the methods used would be role-plays, small group discussion, case studies, simulation, learning games and structured exercises.

Dipankar Paul is the C Director – Delivery & Operations, Africa with Centum Learning Limited based at Nairobi, Kenya. In this role Dipankar is responsible for for delivery & operations of Enterprise Business in African continent.

His work experience in various roles such channel sales, product portfolio management, people development, training delivery, manpower outsourcing and handling multi locational, large learning & development projects makes his profile a unique one in terms of different competencies.

He was also heading the Centum Skill Instructors Guild, which manages the quality of delivery and engagement of trainers and currently comprises of approximately 1000 trainers. His rich experience includes a stint as Head-Training & Development at Apollo Tyres Ltd, where he started the first Learning & Development School for Apollo. Further he has also held key positions with companies like NIS Sparta, JK Tyres & Avery India Ltd.
