Skill Instructors are the most crucial element in the value chain of skill development and Centum Learning clearly understands and acknowledges their contribution. In order to foster the spirit of continuous learning, inculcate sharing of best practices and to incentivize & reward skill instructors, Centum Learning recently launched the Centum Skill Instructor’s Guild (CSIG).

CSIG is one of the path breaking initiatives of Centum Learning aimed at:

• Encouraging continuous learning & development
• Enabling knowledge sharing
• Developing individuals into distinguished & valueable resource for the training industry
• Recognizing & Rewarding the work done by skill instructors
• Strengthening the relationship between Centum Learning and the skill instructors

Eligibility to become a CSIG Member

• CSIG membership is open to all Centum Learning / Centum WorkSkills India skill instructors located anywhere in India /across India
• Skill Instructors must be 21 year of age, graduate and having teaching / training experience of at least one year

Reward Framework

The core objective of the CSIG is to enhance the learning opportunity for all skill instructors by imparting cross – functional training and providing access to new training programmes. To achieve this, a unique reward based mechanism has been conceptualized to incentivize and reward skill instructors. Each skill instructor, on the basis of his/her individual performance, earns certain number of points and on accumulation of a specific numerical value, these points can be redeemed to avail free training programmes for their own growth.
