Trained and equipped the staff of a financial services firm with soft skills to help them perform better

The Task

To conduct behavioral skills training for the frontline sales staff of a financial services firm, that is part of one of the largest conglomerates in India

The Solution

The entire exercise started with focus group discussions carried out at various locations followed by one-on-one interactions with the sales staff to be trained. This led to customization of content.

Approximately 600 individuals were then trained on the desired skill areas:

  • Effective selling skills
  • Communication skills
  • Service excellence

In addition to that, they were taken through exercises aimed at boosting their confidence levels and positively influencing their demeanor. The project was implemented pan-India within three months.

The Result

The efficiency of the sales force improved dramatically which impacted revenue and customer satisfaction.
