Launch of Mass Mobilisation Campaign for Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY)

Centum Learning in collaboration with NSDC and COAI launch a massive Mass Mobilisation Campaign to create awareness of skill development programmes. The pilot initiative would help implement ‘Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana’ (PMKVY), the flagship outcome-based skill development scheme under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, which plans to skill 24 lac youth in 2015-16 across the country.

The outreach campaign launched on June 18, 2015 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi would build awareness of the flagship scheme – Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). Skill Development in Emerging Economies

The National Conference on Emerging Best Practices in CBSE Schools EBPCS 2014

organized by CBSE and Centum Learning witnessed participation from schools located in 14 states across the country. It brought together diverse stakeholders like public and private schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, SCERT and leading private schools and thus provided an ideal opportunity to exchange best practices across different segments within schools.

Centum Learning participates in East Africa Com 2014

Centum Learning, Kenya participated in the East Africa Com 2014 hosted by Airtel Kenya. The summit took place on September 9th and 10th, 2014 in Nairobi, Kenya where discussions were held on “Kenya Tops in Internet Connectivity”.

East Africa Com 2014 was the hub to meet the ‘crème de la crème’ of East Africa’s mobile and digital ecosystem. Sessions included industry intelligence, case studies and interactive panel discussions on the core topics affecting this market like Operator Strategies, Mobile Money, Mobile Broadcasting Evolution, Connecting East Africa and a lot more. Centum Learning leveraged the forum- ‘Speed Networking sessions’ to the hilt for introducing Centum Learning individually to key stakeholders.

Centum Learning participated in 2nd Bihar Innovation Forum


Centum Learning participated in the 2nd Bihar Innovation forum held on 30th- 31st January, 2014 at Patna, Bihar. Bihar Innovation Forum, a joint initiative of Jeevika ( Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society) and the World Bank and aims at promoting social innovators who have developed sustainable and scalable rural livelihood solutions. State Government representatives, officials from World Bank, eminent professionals and experts from diverse industry sectors, entrepreneurs and members of self help groups participated in the two day event. The event was focused around eight high impact rural livelihood themes including agriculture, livestock, financial services, rural energy, ICT based solutions, skill development & non-farm sector, access to entitlements, access to services.
