1. Application & screening Job opening with centum learning in one of the following ways:

  • Fill the standard application form. You will be required to fill in a few basic details and upload your resume. We will review your application and get back to you as and when we are hiring for job profiles suitable to your skills and experience.
  • You can browse through the current openings and send us a mail at HR.Communication@centumlearning.com with the subject line mentioning the exact position as mentioned on the page.

2. Assessment

Upon receiving a call from us you will have to take 4 written test. These tests assess your proficiency and help us in evaluating you in the areas of:

  • Proficiency in communicating in English language
  • General Aptitude
  • Managerial Skills
  • Psychometric Testing

These tests are conducted at one of our office locations.

3. Interview

Depending on the position applied for and on the basis of your performance in the assessment stage, you will go through 2 to 5 rounds of personal interviews.

4. Verification

You will be required to submit the following:

  • Last drawn salary slips for 3 consecutive months (If applicable)
  • Copy of the Appointment Letter from your current organization (If applicable)

5. Joining

Upon acceptance of the offer, you will have to submit copies of numerous documents like Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, Address Proof, PAN Card etc.

Post this, you will be introduced to your new team and will be taken through an induction and orientation process with regards to your department, job deliverables and other relevant details.

You will have then, finally become a part of a fast expanding Multi - National Organization which is a leader in the areas of Skilling and Training in 15 countries across two Continents!
