Centum Learning is partnering with Bharti Retail to launch Bharti Academy of Retail. Through this Academy, Centum Learning is engaged in sourcing and conducting pre-hire training of people from diverse backgrounds, in order to build a sustainable talent pool for the retail business.

Centum Learning has developed a unique content and delivery methodology - "Listen-See-Learn-Practise" to meet this goal. Furthermore, the deployment plan is in line with Bharti Retail's expansion plan and works through Hub and Spoke model. Currently Hubs are operational at Ludhiana and Jalandhar and Spokes at Patiala and Amritsar.
